In addition to offering copying services to College Faculty and Staff to support classroom needs, our College is planning to offer PERSONAL copying services to staff and students for a fee.
This will be the first time the College Copy Center will be selling copy services for non-classroom uses. I (as College Copyright Officer) have been asked to recommend wording to include in copy center staff's policies and procedures that would help staff to ensure copyright compliance.
Since these copies may not be for academic use, would Fair Use still apply? What else should be included in the copy center's policies/procedures. Thank you for any advice you can provide.
